Pasta's Daily is the name for the larger universe of products related to Pastabilities, our family-owned and operated restaurant in Syracuse, NY since 1982.

For example, our bakery in Syracuse, NY is called Pasta's Daily Bread.

Hot Tom is your new favorite sauce! He's Hot beacuse he's spicy, he's Tom because he contains tomatoes.

Any similarity to an actual person named Hot Tom, living or dead, is purely coincidental.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but we only have shipping to the United States and Canada enabled in our store.  If you live outside the US and Canada, please e-mail us at service@hottom.com to inquire about shipping.

We make every effort to ship an order within one business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the date an order is placed, but it may take 2-3 business days if we have a larger number of orders to fulfill.  The shipping time will depend upon the carrier chosen for each order.  In general, USPS Priority will arrive in 1-3 business days (Monday-Saturday) once shipped, and UPS Ground will arrive in 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) once shipped.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

You may return any unopened jars of Spicy Hot Tomato Oil within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
