HOT TOM™ SHAKSHUKA


  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/3 C Pasta’s Daily Spicy Hot Tomato Oil®
  • 5 Slices Italian Bread (we use Pasta’s Daily™ Stretch Bread)
  • 8 Slices Thick Cut Slab Bacon

Gently simmer 1/3 C Pasta’s Daily Spicy Hot Tomato Oil® over low heat in a skillet. When the sauce is hot and bubbling, add in 4 whole eggs, leaving space between each egg. Cook on medium-low until the eggs are set (approximately 5-6 minutes). Toast the Italian Bread in a 400 degree oven on the top shelf until golden brown and crispy. In the same oven, cook bacon on a parchment paper-lined sheet tray.

HOT TOM™ VINAIGRETTE


  • 1/4 C Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 tsp. Honey
  • 1/2 C Olive Oil
  • 1/3 C Pasta’s Daily Spicy Hot Tomato Oil®
  • 1 Tbs. Fresh Chopped Basil

Whisk together the first four ingredients. Add Pasta’s Daily Spicy Hot Tomato Oil® (stir well before adding). Slowly drizzle the olive oil while quickly whisking the ingredients together. Stir in the basil. Mix well.

Add fresh cracked pepper. Dress your salad!

SPICY HOT BBQ SAUCE


  • 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 3/4 C Red Onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Garlic
  • 1 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Cumin
  • 3/4 C Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 C Molasses
  • 1 Tbs. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Jar Pasta’s Daily Spicy Hot Tomato Oil®

Saute onion, garlic, salt and cumin in oil until soft. Add vinegar, molasses and sugar and cook until dissolved and thickened, about 20 minutes. Add Pasta’s Daily Spicy Hot Tomato Oil®. Bring to simmer. Remove from heat immediately.

HOT TOM™ CHICKEN PARMESAN


  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 C AP Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 Tbs. Sundried Tomato Tapenade
  • 1 C Herbed Breadcrumbs
  • 4 slices Mozzarella, sliced 1/4” thick
  • 2 lbs Linguine
  • 2 C Pasta’s Daily Spicy Hot Tomato Oil®
  • 3 Tbs. Shredded Fresh Basil
  • 3 Tbs. Grated Italian Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For the pasta, start a large pot of lightly salted cold water, bring to a boil.

Whisk eggs in a medium bowl. Begin breading chicken breasts by first coating in flour, then egg wash, finally coating with breadcrumbs. Heat about 2” of neutral oil in a heavy bottom sauté pan. Lay chicken breasts in single layer. Cook approximately 4 min on each side, turning once to reach an even golden brown color. Remove chicken breasts from oil onto a parchment paper-lined sheet tray. Place 1 Tbs. sundried tomato tapenade and 1 slice of fresh Mozzarella on each chicken breast, bake until fully cooked or 165 degrees. While baking, heat 2 C of Pasta’s Daily Spicy Hot Tomato Oil® over low heat, place 2 lbs of linguine in boiling water, making sure to stir so the pasta does not stick. Once cooked, toss linguine with Hot Tom™ in a large bowl, place 8oz pasta on each plate, add chicken breast and garnish with basil and grated cheese.
